Although we hope you are highly satisfied with the items you purchase, we understand you may need to make a return. If you wish to return your JoséBlu items, you will first need to read this policy carefully prior to emailing us. Please note you will only be refunded the cost of the item, you will not receive shipping cost or tax back. If you purchase an item on SALE, sale tab, promo code 25% or more, or at a reduced price your item(s) will not be returnable, they are final sale. All items bought at a pop up are final sale - no returns. If your return is eligible (accepted via email) you will be responsible for shipping cost to the address given once we have accepted your return. ALL RETURNS will only be available for IN STORE CREDIT only. All items must be returned within the 10 day time frame of receiving your order or your order will not be returnable.
If you claim the item is defected we will be in contact with you to send pictures of the item. Items that have been worn WILL NOT BE ISSUED A STORE CREDIT. If we receive items with makeup stains, deodorant stains, odor (perfume, detergent, etc.), any other stains, dog/cat hair, your item will not be accepted.
